Prerequisites for attending:

In order for us to be able to ensure ideal seminar progress, please note the information regarding target group and prior knowledge. Please refer to our respective seminar descriptions for details.

Registration:

We would like to process your registration as quickly as possible. We therefore kindly request that you send your registration documents directly to us. You can refer to the registration form for the different contact options. We will inform your contact person in our offices. Please use one form per course and participant and make additional copies, if required. You can register by phone, in writing, via fax, e-mail at on our homepage. You will receive confirmation of the receipt of the registration immediately (time of contract conclusion). But only our invitation letter – which you will receive approx. 10 days before the seminar starts – is a guarantee for participation. Since the number of participants for our seminars is limited for didactic reasons, we will consider registrations in the order we receive them. Your data will be stored electronically for internal purposes.

Seminar start:

At 9.30 a.m. on the first seminar day. At 8.30 a.m. on the following seminar days (changes of the start after the 2nd seminar day can be arranged by the speakers in agreement with the participants).

Updating:

Our seminars are updated ever year. All previous programmes cease to apply upon the publication of a new seminar programme. Please refer to our homepage for the current registration status.

Hotel reservation:

We kindly request that you reserve hotel rooms yourself. You can find an overview of our recommendations with special price agreements for our training participants in “Hotel recommendations” starting on page 26 as well as at our homepage www.cctv-systeme.com, the Services area.

Seminar fees:

The fees for attendance of our public seminars are invoiced immediately after the end of the seminar. They are due within two weeks. Partial attendance of our seminars does not entitle you to a reduction of seminar fees. Invoices are issued by the centralized seminar management.

Services:

The seminar fees include the following services:

- Use of company devices and systems
- Seminar documents
- Beverages for breaks
- Lunch, snacks

Cancellation:

If you are unable to attend a seminar for reasons beyond our responsibility, we kindly request that you notify us as quickly as possible by phone, via fax, e-mail or regular mail. No fees will be charged if we receive your written cancellation no later than 2 weeks before the start of the seminar. Unfortunately, we will have to charge a processing fee of € 200 for cancellations that are received at a later date – up to 5 business days before the seminar start. The complete seminar fee will be due for cancellations received even later than that or for non-attendance of the registered participant. We reserve the right to make cancellations for organisational reasons up to approx. 7 days before the start of the seminar (for instance, if the minimum number of participants has not been reached of if the speaker is unavailable short term due to illness). If we cancel a seminar, we will try to book another date if you agree. There shall be no further claims.

Certificate of attendance:

Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance after the seminar is completed..

Changes:

We will inform you on unforeseeable changes as quickly as possible.

Copyright:

We reserve all rights, including those of translation, reprinting and reproduction of training documents or parts thereof. No part of these training documents may – even in excerpts – be reproduced in any way without our prior written consent – not even for training design purposes – or replicated, duplicated, circulated or made public by means of electronic systems.

Liability:

Lessons and exercises in our seminars are designed for attentive participants to be able to achieve the seminar objectives. However, we will not assume liability for training success. Funkwerk plettac electronic GmbH is not liable for damage that may be caused by viruses on copied data media. Data brought by participants may not be installed on our computers. We shall reserve the right to claim damages in case of damage to Funkwerk plettac electronic GmbH due to a violation thereof.

Miscellaneous:

If individual terms of these general terms and conditions shall be declared void, then this shall not affect the validity of the balance of the general terms and conditions. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by a legally valid term which comes closest in meaning to the invalid term.
